Complete a Certificate III in Food Processing (Quality) Traineeship ABOUT THE EMPLOYER Tiny Turtle Baby Food is a locally owned small business that produces food for babies and toddlers in Perth. They've been operating for 5 years and have an established home-delivery service in addition to 40 stockist's in Perth and WA Regional areas. ABOUT THE TRAINEESHIP The successful candidate will be enrolled to complete a Certificate III in Food Processing being supported by Tiny Turtle Baby Food and a nominated Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The key responsibilities and duties: Food preparation and cooking with a focus on providing high quality products. Assist with operating production packing equipment. Assist with preparing the weekly production schedules. Assist with monitoring food safety and quality programs. Contribute to workplace health and safety. The required skills and attributes: Previous kitchen experience is highly regarded. Good communication skills. A positive attitude. Good organisation and time management.
