The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure quality outcomes are met, including effectively and efficiently performing administration tasks to support the administration team. Accurate data entry, filing and scanning. Apply a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in the use of data systems and sources. Attend to phone, email enquiries and forward information to specific personnel.
