MRAEL are seeking a highly motivated and eager I.T Trainee to join the team at Myriad Technology Services. Myriad Technology Services is a managed service provider with a focus on delivering high-quality, cost-effective technology solutions backed by streamlined support to regional operations across Australia, thereby empowering them to become more efficient, capable and productive. The successful candidate will perform the following duties; Manage customer IT issues - remote and face-to-face Manage accounts across multiple systems Provide basic advice and/or training to users Use troubleshooting applications Gather information from customers and create tickets Complete basic tickets in the day Escalate tickets to higher levels Assist new employees with first time login Setup and assign IT equipment to users What the successful candidate will bring to the position; We are looking for candidates who have a passion and genuine interest in commencing a career within Information Technology (I.T).
