Based in Cannon Hill, we have a new 12-month full time business traineeship opportunity working in our Prize Home customer team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers in regards to prize home ticketing and information and learn a varied range of administration and system tasks along your journey whilst completing your qualification. The opportunity is Monday-Friday business hours only. The Host The trainee will be placed with our host, The Endeavour Foundation. This position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Representative who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business. What will you bring to the role? Our team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for: An aspiration to work in the non-for-profit industry Customer service skills Bring your own personality to shine Understand the importance of client privacy Ability to pick up new systems quickly Initiative and eager to learn Ability to work Monday to Friday full time Obtain (or willing to) a Blue Card and NDIS Check (we reimburse for this) Pass a Police Check Provide two references Successful candidates will participate in a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test Who We Are?
