Click here to learn more.About the Role To support growth and development within the industry, BHP is offering a number of Traineeships across our BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) Operations. This program provides motivated and passionate individuals the opportunity to learn new skills whilst experiencing life on site. Individuals will be equipped with the resources and support needed to establish a dynamic and fulfilling career within Mining. These roles are residential roles which require candidates to live locally, or to be prepared to relocate at their own cost as no camp or housing is provided. In undertaking a traineeship, you can expect hands on industry-lead training and mentoring by BMA's talented workforce, first-rate working conditions, and a nationally recognised qualification in your chosen field on successful completion. Our Traineeship Program will provide you with a Nationally Accredited Certificate through fixed-term traineeship opportunity and may include any of the following: Production - Fixed Plant Processing Trainee (Certificate III in Resource Processing) - 24months Overburden - Drill and Blast Trainee (Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations) - 24months Coal Mining - Production Operator Trainee (Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations) - 24months Overburden - Pre-Strip Operator Trainee (Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations) - 24months Overburden - Dragline Ground Support Trainee (Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations) - 24months Maintenance - In-Field/ Mobile Plant Servicing Trainee (Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations) - 24months Maintenance - Infrastructure Trainee (Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations) - 24months Please Note: You must hold a current open driver's license.
