The traineeship program offers Indigenous students the opportunity gain valuable paid work experience with one of Australia's biggest banks whilst completing your Year 11 and 12 studies. You'll work part-time over 2 years and undertake a nationally recognised qualification, with credits going towards their VCE/VCAL, TCE and HSC qualification. While completing your traineeship you'll also have the benefits of: Expanding your networks across the bank with peers and senior leaders Attending fortnightly Yarning Circles to connect with our Indigenous Employee Network Undertaking industry recognised certifications Mentoring and ongoing support from your Group Training Organisation (GTO) Who can apply? Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students Be at least 15 years of age.
