Based in Cannon Hill, this 12-month Business Traineeship will be with the Property Development & Leasing team, delivering efficient administration to support project work across the Endeavour Foundation and Community Solutions Group portfolio in new build, renovation, and lease projects.Typical Duties: Liaising with new vendors an manage adding of new vendors to the finance system Request quotes from pre-approved vendors Track & Raise purchase orders Maintaining data such as lists of key contacts Support and prepare routine reporting Managing the filing and recording of documentation on shared network drives Scan and input data into relevant folders or systemsThe TeamThe trainee will be placed with our host, The Endeavour Foundation.
