As a business trainee you will learn and develop the skills to become a successful customer advisor. You will become the first point of contact for customers when they visit the retail branch. Your duties may include but are not limited to: Assisting customers with their enquires whilst providing a positive branch experience. Engage in needs-based conversations with customers. General banking and telling duties: money handling, facilitating transactions and ATM Maintenance. Coaching customers on self-service and digital banking. Assisting customers with opening and closing accounts, fraud and banking transactions. What are we looking for?
