With over 5,000 staff operating over 300 sites in the heart of local communities across Queensland and New South Wales and Victoria, the Endeavour Foundation offers choice, opportunities and personalised support in the key areas of home, work, learning and community participation. This position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Representative who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business What will you bring to the role? Our team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for: A passion to learn and a positive attitude An eye for detail with the ability to follow directions well Understand the importance of client privacy Ability to work full time - Monday to Friday Pass a Police Check Hold a Blue Card and NDIS card (or happy to obtain) Provide two references Successful candidates will participate in a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test What can we offer you?
