Macmahon's training team are looking to hold our next Assessment Day on Wednesday 10th April 2024 in the Perth Metro. We are looking for multiple suitable candidates to train and onboard into underground projects in WA. As a registered training organisation Macmahon will not only provide you with structured on-the-job training, you will also undertake a nationally recognised Cert II in Underground Metalliferous Mining. You do not require any previous experience to be considered for this role, but you will need to demonstrate the following: Current unrestricted Manual Drivers License; Full Working Rights in Australia; Commitment to Macmahon's safety culture and values; 'Can-do' attitude and willingness to learn; Great interpersonal and communications skills; As a part of the recruitment process for this role you may be required to complete a pre-employment medical, inclusive of laboratory drug and alcohol screen and complete a criminal history and qualification checks. Additionally, you will be asked to prove proof of working rights in Australia i.e. copy of a valid Australian passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate or current visa grant notification where applicable.
