The Role: Maxima, and the City of Burnside, are looking for a motivated individual to undertake a Community Services Traineeship within the Community Connections team. The Community Connections Trainee is responsible for providing administrative, program, services and event support to the team. Throughout this 12-month, fulltime opportunity you will gain hands-on experience, paid training and continuous mentoring towards gaining a nationally recognised Certificate III in Community Services. Duties Include: Provide high quality customer service, in person and over the phone Provide administrative support and maintain appropriate documentation and records Assist with marketing, advertising and promotion of programs and events; including social media Assist with scheduling team meetings, including creating and distributing an agenda and minutes.
