This is an entry level position and the successful applicant will complete a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations. Duties Include: Liaise with customers, GWMWater employees and other service providers in relation to service requests, system faults and customer complaints Operate and maintain water and wastewater systems and assets Engage contractors for assistance with faults or works when required Identify and assist in the solution to any communication and workflow problems observed Gaining qualifications and licenses by completing the required training for the role This position is an excellent opportunity, and ideally the successful applicant will possess the following attributes: Possess a strong customer service focus Physically Fit Attention to detail Strong desire to work in a team environment Possess creativity and innovation Drivers Licence required 2023 School Leavers encouraged to apply.
