Work & Training together with our valued Host business, Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre, are pleased to offer this exciting new full time traineeship based in nipaluna/Hobart. Within a supportive and dedicated team, the successful applicant will be working in a face-to-face role as a Medical Receptionist and as the first point of contact they will provide exceptional customer service in a range of duties including appointment bookings, client services and referral management. What can you gain from completing a traineeship through Work & Training? You would be employed by Work & Training – the largest employer of Apprentices and Trainees in Tasmania, and hosted for the duration of your traineeship. You would receive professional guidance from your immediate supervisors, as well as mentoring and support from a Work & Training consultant. The theory side of your qualification would be conducted one-on-one in the workplace, with expert tuition, by one of our amazing registered trainers. On completion of your traineeship you would receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business – BSB30120. Are you: Organised with well-developed written, verbal and inter-personal skills? Caring and compassionate, with a desire to ensure client satisfaction? .Able to work in a fast paced office environment where no two days are the same? Passionate about health and wellbeing? On the job learn how to: Utilise your dynamic personality to positively engage with clients and internal staff, Uphold client confidentiality and personal information processes, Develop your administration and technological skills, Prepare documentation and maintain records with accuracy.
