Job Title Packaging Process Engineer Intern Requisition JR000013930 Packaging Process Engineer Intern (Open) Location Hobart, NY (Pharma) - USA036 Additional Locations Hobart, NY Essential Functions Accurate, Up-to-Date SOP's Leads the SOP review process by actively managing procedural updates and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet due dates. Manages tracking system to ensure effective communication on status of SOP updates. Operations Documentation Identifies most common production documentation errors and makes appropriate changes to documentation and/or processes to reduce errors. Identifies opportunities to reduce batch record review cycle time by clarifying work instructions. Production Processes Managed Identifies and implements improvements to existing processes using continuous improvement tools. Ensures that processes comply with all cGMP regulations in regard to process and cleaning validation. Regular participation in production daily operations meeting and team problem solving efforts. Work with plant safety to maintain process specific safety information. Assist in developing training programs and/or SOPs to enhance skills sets and reduce defects. Minimum Requirements Undergraduate degree in process, in an engineering or engineering management field.
