There are multiple opportunities available located within the Adelaide Metro and Adelaide Hills regions and will require travel between sites. Across 4-years have all training and study paid for, get hands-on industry experience, and continuous mentoring, whilst gaining a nationally recognised Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying . Bricklaying is one of the most vital and in demand trades within the construction industry. Upon completion you will be a highly skilled and valued team member with endless opportunities, anything from a builder, supervisor, or estimator. Duties Include: Lay, move, and stack bricks/blocks Mix mortar Site preparation Level and finish concrete Undertake measurements and calculations Other labouring duties as required About You: Have a genuine interest in a bricklaying career Basic understanding of the trade Able to operate power tools and equipment Ability to follow directions and work under limited supervision Demonstrated attention to detail Can do attitude and willingness to learn Role Requirements: Previous on-site labouring experience (desirable) Current provisional or full driver’s licence with own vehicle Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment Possess good physical fitness to perform manual tasks Completed a Certificate II in Doorways to Construction or similar (desirable) How to Apply: Click Apply and complete the online application form and attach a copy of your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the available role.
