Located at Redland Bay this fulltime traineeship will see you receive on-the-job training and support by working alongside experienced supervisors and also study online towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business. Duties Include: Customer service, in person and over phone Monitor and respond to email and phone correspondence Document processing including filing and scanning Create and maintain electronic files Data entry Additional administration duties as required About You: Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written Positive and proactive approach Willingness to learn and take initiative Thrive working under pressure and when multitasking Ability to build rapport with a variety of people Effective time management skills Role Requirements: Identify as First Nations Australian Previous customer service experience (desirable) Experience with excel spreadsheets and formulas (desirable) Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office How to Apply: Click Apply and complete the online application form, attaching a copy of your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the available role.
