Duties Manage a caseload of apprenticeship and traineeship placements Promote the employment of Skillinvest apprentices and trainees to new potential employers Mentor and monitor apprentice/trainee performance and trade school progression Engage with industry to promote all Skillinvest services Perform OHS Safety Checks and manage OHS reports from Apprentices/Trainees Manage stakeholder relationships and business growth Source new opportunities of growth and manage personal KPI's Desirable Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in business development, sales and meeting KPI's Working in a team environment Knowledge of apprenticeships and traineeships High level communication and interpersonal skills Desirable OHS background and/or experience Ability to establish and foster strong working relationships This position is based in Dandenong, servicing the South East and Metro Melbourne areaas and the successful candidate will require a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
