Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: General Office Management Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors and clients Quoting and creating appointments for new jobs Liaising with clients Maintaining the office and kitchen environment Carrying out general administrative duties such as; filing, scanning, typing, copying, data entry, etc. What are we looking for?
