THE ROLE: Answer all incoming calls (queue) in a courteous and efficient manner Provide administration support to Account Managers Communicate with customers and other internal departments Daily maintenance of numerous inboxes, ensuring all queries are attended to or guided to the right person Raise transport dockets and run reports Process supplier invoices as requested.
