Located at Surfers Paradise, this 3-year full-time opportunity will see you working alongside culinary supervisors where you will become equipped across all kitchen areas and receive formal training towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Commercial Cookery . Duties Include: A la carte menu cooking Prepare meals including functions and desserts Rotate stock Produce quality dishes in a timely manner Cleaning tasks About You: Live and breathe all things food High attention to detail Ability to work under time constraints and remain calm Strong communication skills Can work independently and within a team environment Role Requirements: Must identify as First Nations Australian Ability to work across a 7-day roster Able to work multiple shifts including morning and night Comply with host employer dress code Certificate II in Kitchen Operations or similar (preferred but not essential) How to Apply: Click Apply and complete the online application form and attach a copy of your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the available role.
