If successful, you will assist in the upkeep and establishment of the collection of school grounds including infrastructure, gardens and property. Across 3-years you will gain practical experience and receive paid study time towards achieving a nationally recognised Certificate III in Horticulture. Duties Include:Maintain the School’s sporting ovals, cricket wickets, tennis and netball courtsMow, line mark and prepare sports grounds for sporting activitiesApply fertiliser and pest controlMaintain the School’s gardens and lawns, including top dressing, pruning, mulching, fertilizing, planting, weed control, mowing, edging and hand wateringInstall, maintain and repair irrigation and landscape design About You:Self-motivated with an optimistic approach to workEnthusiastic team player with great communication skillsCustomer service focusedAbility to work in a fast-changing environmentA strong commitment to work health and safety, and to working in a safe manner.
