Based in Caloundra, this 12-month Business Traineeship will be with our national non for-profit host business that specialises in community work such as employment, disability, education & training, charity & mental health services. Positioned with the Vocational Education & Training team, the successful candidate will be delivering efficient administration support, and a warm friendly welcome to clients and customers with reception duties. Typical Duties & Responsibilities: Professionally meet and greet each customer and stakeholders. Ensuring all incoming phone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner. Following record management processes & data entry Housekeeping of front reception and office/kitchen areas What will you bring to the role? Our team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for: An aspiration to work in an office environment & be an administration superstar An eye for detail with the ability to follow directions well An adaptable can do attitude that is willing to tackle any task A confident, friendly nature – you’ll enjoy talking to people and be a great communicator Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft office suite Ability to work Monday to Friday full time. Pass a Police Check and willing to gain a Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening Covid-19 Vaccination Current Drivers Licence Provide two references.
