The Role: Maxima, and the City of Burnside, are looking for a driven individual to undertake a Business Traineeship within the Development Services team. The Development Administration Trainee provides administrative support to the Development Services team. This includes preparation, lodgement, processing and maintenance of customer files and providing accurate and timely responses to requests for information both written and verbal. Throughout this 18-month, fulltime opportunity you will gain hands-on experience, paid training and continuous mentoring towards gaining a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business . Duties Include: Provide high-quality customer service in-person and electronically Prepare, lodge and process customer requests Assist with data entry and record management Update relevant documents and upload to various sites Additional administrative tasks as required including email correspondence and answering phones About You: Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable Great time management and organisation skills Friendly and approachable Ability to multitask to meet deadlines Thrives working with team environments and independently Role Requirements: National Police Check (or willing to obtain) Previous customer service experience (desirable) Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office How to Apply: Click Apply and complete the online application form, attaching a copy of your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the available role.
