You will obtain your Certificate III Retail SIR30216 in a two year time frame – start working towards your future goals. What would this involve? You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your traineeship. Full time including some weekend work. Full entitlements including leave accruals. Theory training is conducted one-on-one in the workplace with our experienced trainers. You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.
