About the role: AGA is currently seeking a 2nd/3rd year carpentry apprentice. This full-time position offers 38 hours of weekly hands-on learning and skill development. Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful apprentice as well as providing on the job training. Follow plans and select appropriate materials for carpentry projects. Learn carpentry techniques and acquiring skills in framing, finishing and using various tools. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace. Participate in ongoing training and learn carpentry codes and standards.
