Our Client is not-for-profit charity which operates commercially viable businesses in order to provide secure jobs for disabled and disadvantaged jobseekers. This position will provide bookkeeping assistance to the Assistant Accountant for the ITS division. The successful candidate will perform the following duties but not limited to; Assist in preparing payroll and maintenance of personnel records Data entry/ reconciliation of debtors Data entry/ reconciliation of creditors Preparation of creditor and other payment runs Preparation of bank reconciliations Preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ annual tax office requirements, including BAS/PAYG and other reporting Assist with accurate cash flow reporting and forecasting Ensure all debtors are kept within agreed trading terms Location: Paget Work Type: Full Time Traineeship (Monday - Friday) Wage: Junior National Training Wage What the successful candidate will bring to the position; Willingness to obtain form qualification - Certificate III in Business Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, Excel in particular Strong attention to detail Demonstrated high level of confidentiality Ability to prioritise own workload utilising effective time management skills Good problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively What's Next?
