About the role: AGA is currently looking for a highly motivated individual eager to embark on a full-time Business Trainee role that includes Admin duties. This position involves various administrative tasks within an office environment, contributing to essential administrative functions while upholding the utmost confidentiality and privacy of client data and records. The ideal candidate should be available for a 38-hour workweek from Monday to Friday , making this an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills. Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 months. Collaborate with Field Officers for data entry. Prepare documentation for Field Officers as needed. Organise files and generate reports. Address queries from clients and stakeholders. Manage Personal Protective Equipment orders. Assist in recruitment/promotional activities when required. Promote and ensure office safety practices. Report workplace hazards, injuries and incidents. Provide additional administrative support as directed by GTO Administration Team Leader.
