About the team As a Customer Service Specialist Trainee in the Chief Operations Office Indigenous Academy, you will be undertaking a 12-month traineeship, working fulltime with a view to move into a permanent role at the successful completion of your traineeship. You will be supported with on-the-job training complemented by accredited Certificate studies in Business. You will be part of a Team that is dedicated to running, improving and transforming the processes that deliver products, services and productivity benefits to the CommBank Group’s customers. Your responsibilities You will be completing processes that fulfil critical services for our customers including the establishment and discharge of loans, processing payments and grants, and verifying details to progress product applications. With a focus on simply and safely meeting the needs of our customers, you will have - A keen eye for detail and a curiosity and confidence to seek clarification. Strong organisational skills and ability to keep accurate reporting. Demonstrated care, courage and commitment and be an energetic contributor to team meetings. Good communication skills, communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Desire to learn more about the organisation and further develop project skills. About you Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. Basic competency in use of MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel Possess a learning mindset.
