What can you gain from completing a traineeship through Work & Training? You would be employed by Work & Training – the largest employer of Apprentices and Trainees in Tasmania, and hosted to the Somerset business for the duration of the traineeship. You would receive professional guidance from your immediate supervisors, as well as mentoring and support from a Work & Training consultant. The theory side of your qualification would be completed at TasTAFE. Full time employment and entitlements, including four weeks of holidays per year. On completion of your traineeship, you would receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Accounts Administration – FNS30322. We are looking for candidates with: Exceptional customer service skills with a professional attitude, Confidence and great communication skills, The ability to be adaptable and work under pressure, Organisational and time management skills, Excellent initiative and attention to detail, Sound IT skills with a general understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
