Successful candidates will commence the required modules online through ARC Training along with face-to-face training and support at Home. Upon completion, you will gain the Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) qualification A day in the life as a Trainee AIN with Regis may see you learn new skills in supporting our Residents with; Personal hygiene, grooming, manicuring and oral hygiene. Continence management. Participating in the development and implementation of an individually designed care plan. Treatments such as simple dressings, and application of ointments and creams. Medication management. About you As a compassionate and friendly individual with exceptional customer service, you will be eager to develop skills and gain experience within the aged care and healthcare sector. You will have a passion for learning and/or further developing your; Ability to plan and complete tasks. Knowledge and competency in manual tasks techniques. Working knowledge of Standards and Guidelines in Residential Aged Case Services. Ability to work cooperatively as part of the care team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
