Your Role

We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our rapidly growing Growth Sales Team. Our Growth Team focuses on client service, sales acumen and drive, and provide custom solutions for mid-market advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite. The Growth Team is directly responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through consultation, education, and support.

This is a dynamic and high-growth team, and our talented interns will support TikTok's sales efforts, specifically as part of our Growth sales team. This position requires strong passion and willingness for sales, problem-solving skills; attention to detail; and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse information from ad campaigns and proactively take initiative to improve results and increase sales in the short and long term
  • Partner with Client Solution Managers and clients to provide guidance across strategy, planning and implementation of campaigns to deliver against client goals
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution including Product Strategy, Ad Policy and Ad Review
  • Partner with team members on materials to educate agency and client teams on our products, analytics, creative, measurement, and best practices
  • Support Client Solutions Managers in post-sales execution and reporting needs for clients Investigate and work directly with TikTok Product team to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok‚Äôs features and ad units

Qualifications

  • This internship is open to both final or penultimate year students!
  • Available for a full-time internship at least between December - February
  • A demonstrated passion for tech and media, and looking to pursue a career in media sales, social media and/or online advertising.
  • Knowledge or keen interest in performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A team player and collaborator
  • Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
