Programmed Training Services specialise in the training, development and employment of apprentices and trainees, designing and delivering nationally accredited training. Committed to creating jobs for the future in the local Moomba community, Programmed, in partnership with Santos, will be offering a leading traineeship program throughout the region starting in February 2025. Candidates will gain technical knowledge on hydrocarbon (natural gas) processing systems, develop skills to operate process facilities and build knowledge in process and occupational safety. Training will involve both on-the-job and classroom based learning, as well as ongoing support and mentoring throughout the program. Located in South Australia, positions will be fly-in fly-out opportunities from Adelaide across Santos' operations in the Cooper Basin. On completion, candidates will receive a nationally accredited Certificate III in Process Plant Operations, which is a recognised standard in the Australian hydrocarbon industry. Candidates with a positive attitude, excellent communication and problem solving skills, who seek hands-on learning and are passionate about becoming a Process Operator, are encouraged to apply.
